Join in for a variety of online and presential Yoga classes that are suited for all levels of Yoga practitioners (including Beginners).
Classes are held in English with portuguese/german translations if needed.

Rise & Flow / Hatha flow Yoga

Flow through a creative sequence of dynamic Yoga Postures with a focus on building arm and core and leg strength to support your back and pelvis and improve your flexibility.
Starting point is a centering meditation by connecting to the breath. We then move from posture to posture in tune with the breath and finally hold some postures to get into deeper sensations and focusing the mind. We finish with a relaxation to integrate all into oneness. The class can help you to feel lighter, more focused and calm.
Classes vary focus from philosophy to energy to breath and body awareness.
Open Level class, suitable for beginners and intermediate Yoga practitioners.
Yin & Yang Yoga
3a/TUESDAYS 18.30-19.30 gmt - ONLINE
Originating from Taoist Yoga Yin & Yang is a gentle Yoga class that involves flowing movement and held positions to strengthen the upper body and increase your focus (Yang) and passively held relaxed positions on the floor to release tension in the connective tissue (fascia), increase flexibility and calm the mind (Yin). The goal is to create energetic balance between Yin & Yang, stillness and movement. This class is based on Hatha Yoga, Qui Gong, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release Techniques and the prinicipals of traditional Chinese medicine.
Class is suited for all levels of Yoga practitioners, including Beginners.
Yin Yoga
starting again in winter 2024!
Yin Yoga is a is a slow and gentle form of Yoga where Positions are held between 2-6minutes for a deep release of tension in your connective tissues. By relaxing into these positions you increase mobility and create space around your joints. Yin Yoga also helps you to naturally restore your energy levels and is a very meditative practise. Yin Yoga classes are great way to calm a busy mind and act as an antidote to stress. No previous experience required. Please keep a blanket and two pillows ready for the class.
