15:45 Intro to Surfing & Surf lesson with Brian from Hooked Surf School
16:15 Break time to get changed, showered and snack
17:00 Relaxing Yoga lesson at the beach
18:00 Finish to relax and enjoy the sunset at the beach
Price
35 EUR - (15EUR pre-payment required on the day of booking).
What to bring?
Please bring some water, snacks, a beach towel for yoga, sun screen, a swim suit and warm comfy clothes to stay warm after surfing.

How to get there…
Public transport: take the train from Lisbon from CAIS DO SODRE to CASCAIS at 14.20h and get out in Carcavelos at 14.46h. Walk down towards the Marginal and walk through the underpass to the beach. When you face the beach, turn left and walk along the beach walk until you see Casa da Praia and showers, past that is an underpass to a carpark (next to Angels cafe).
PLEASE NOTE: Buy your ticket well ahead as it might be busy at the train station (zapping works with 5EUR there and back). If you can not make it in time please phone or text me (00351) 910166898.
